Recently, we studied the forms of dσ/dy 1 and dσ/dy 1dy 2 obtained byQuigg, Wang andYang at finite energy and found that the qualitative feature of dσ/dy 1 neary 1=0 disagrees with experimental data recorded by the Stony-Brook-Pisa collaboration.
