Summary

The acoustic-absorption coefficient was measured at 25, 35, 45 MHz in CdSe at liquid-nitrogen temperature. Measurements were performed both during the illumination of the smaple and in the time subsequent to the end of the illumination. It was shown that, in suitable conditions, a secondary peak of absorption takes place after the light pulse. The experimental results are explained in terms of electron-phonon interactions following a calculation due to Lommes and Weichman, and are related to the behaviour of the sample with respect to the phenomenon of residual conductivity.

È stato misurato il coefficiente di assorbimento acustico in monocristalli di CdSe alle frequenze di 25, 35 e 45 MHz alla temperatura dell'azoto liquido. Tali misure sono state eseguite sia durante l'illuminazione del campione, che nel periodo seguente la fine del flash luminoso. Si è trovato che, in condizioni opportune, appare, dopo la fine del flash, un picco secondario di assorbimento. I risultati sperimentali sono interpretati tenendo conto dell'interazione elettrone-fonone, seguendo un calcolo di Lommes e Weichman, e sono altresi relativi al comportamento di questo tipo di materiali per quel che riguarda il fenomeno della conducibilità residua.

Проводятся измерения коэффициента акустического поглощения при 25, 35, 45 Мгц в CdSe при температуре жидкого азота. Измерения проводились и во время облучения образца и посяе облучения. Показывается, что при соответствующих условиях вторичный пик поглощения имеет место после светового импульса. Экспериментальные результаты объясняются в терминах электрон-фононного взаимодействия, следуя вычислениям Ломмеса и Вейхмана. Полученные результаты связаны с поведением образца в отношении явления остаточной проводимости.
