Summary
We solve the Wheeler-DeWitt equation of a minisuperspace model for the wave function of the Universe as expansions in powers of the Planck mass, in several ways. It is shown that, within a minisuperspace approximation, the wave functions in low order in our expansions are a good approximation for every small radius (0<a≪1), wherea is the cosmic-scale factor. This may mean that a «new phase» (the dynamical system described by the three-dimensional quantum Einstein gravity) exists at the very early stage of the evolution of the Universe.
