Space and time measurements in the field of a gravitational wave

Summary

We give here the separate contributions to the figure pattern of a gravitational-wave interferometer due to time delay and mirror motion in the Fermi frame. Our analysis allows for a test of inertial properties of the reference frame of the interferometer.
