  • Published:
Lettere al Nuovo Cimento (1971-1985)

Summary

An expression is derived for the spin-orbit potential between two heavy ions on the basis of the single-folding method. As an example the19F−28Si potential is calculated, and satisfactory agreement with the empirical results is obtained.
