Summary

Exciton states in solid molecular hydrogen H2 are investigated in the framework of the intermediately bound-exciton theory. It is shown that a proper dehybridization of the conduction band leads to exciton binding energies in agreement with experimental results.

Gli eccitoni nell’idrogeno solido molecolare H2 sono studiati nell’ambito della teoria degli eccitoni a legame intermedio. Si mostra che un’appropriata deibridizzazione delle bande di conduzione dà energie di legame per gli eccitoni in accordo con i risultati sperimentali.

Исследуются экситонные состояния в твердом молекулярном водороде H2 в рамках экситонной теории. Показывается, что собственная дегибридизация зон проводимости приводит к энергиям связи зкситона, которые согласуются с экспериментальными результатами.
