Lepton-nucleon scatterings and neutrino puzzle

Summary

Neutrino and electron scatterings on nucleon are described by the scalar-boson exchange theory of weak interaction. It is suggested that the fission neutrino and beam dump puzzles may be solved without the neutrino oscillation.
