Abstract

One of the basic processes in production of the components of high-octane unleaded gasolines which satisfy contemporary environmental requirements is sulfuric acid alkylation of isobutane by butylenes. Increasing output and improving the quality of alkylate gasoline are greatly determined by the level of the technology and instrumentation of this process.
