It is worth noting that the use for the calculations ofW m,n of closed expressions obtained in the paper (7) is very difficult because of catastrophic disappearance of terms when subtracting in these expressions terms of nearly equal magnitude. This circumstance is clearly expressed also when calculating the numerical coefficients, determining the expressionsW m,n in (7).

  20. It is worth taking into account that the nucleon in the nucleus of Cu possesses a Fermi energy of 25 MeV; due to this the colliding nucleons in the experiments (17,18) possess the same energy in the center of mass system as for a free nucleon collision at an energyE=7 GeV.
