Summary

The polarization dichroism of the fundamental excitonic edge of the uniaxial crystal GaSe is investigated by electroreflectance under oblique incidence. It is found that the parallel (to thec-axis) components of the dielectric tensor are considerably larger than the perpendicular ones.

Si studia il dicroismo di polarizzazione dello spigolo eccitonico fondamentale del cristallo uniassiale GaSe per mezzo dell’elettroriflettanza ad incidenza obliqua. Si è trovato che le componenti parallele (all’assec) del tensore dielettrico sono considerevolmente più grandi di quelle perpendicolari.

Исследуется поляризационный дихроизм для основного экситонного края одноосного кристалла GaSe посредством электроотражения при наклонном падении. Обнаружено, что параллельные (c-оси) компоненты диэлектрического тензора оказываются значительно больше перпендикулярных компонент.
