The classical relativistic two-body problem with self-interaction

  • Published:
Il Nuovo Cimento B (1971-1996)

Summary

The classical relativistic electromagnetic two-body system with self-interaction is investigated. A new action with centre-of-mass time parameter was obtained from the modified Barut's action of the classical model of the Dirac electron. The equations of motion containing self-energy are derived.
