Summary

The dispersion relations obeyed by electromagnetic waves propagating in a relativistic plasma (whether classical or quantum) are obtained from hydrodynamical equations. The main modifications which occur through an equation of state deal with numerical quantities such as the plasma frequency, etc.

Le relazioni di dispersione cui si attengono le onde elettromagnetiche che si propagano in un plasma relativistico (sia classico che quantistico) sono ottenute da equazioni idrodinamiche.
