Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine Methode berichtet, bei der es nach vorausgegangener Rektumbougierung möglich ist, im frühen Säuglingsalter eine intraluminare Stapleranastomose durchzuführen. 2 Säuglinge mit Morbus Hirschsprung wurden so behandeit.

Summary

A report is given on 2 cases of Morbus Hirschsprung, treated by Stapler intraluminar anastomosis between colon and rectum, after rectum bouginage in the age of early infancy.
