Radiative corrections to π→γ+μ+ν and the neutretto mass

  • Published:
Il Nuovo Cimento A (1965-1970)

Summary

Radiative corrections to the radiative π-decay have been shown to be negligibly small. The negligible smallness of the radiative corrections is not a general feature of the three-body-decays of the kind A→B+C+ν. It is shown, with the leptonic K-decay, as an illustration, that the radiative corrections will be significantly large if the charged lepton in the final state can become relativistic.
