Summary
We study theP-wave scattering amplitude of two pseudoscalar mesons with the forces coming only from one-vector-meson exchange. The exact solution of the singularN/D equations leads to bootstrap conditions without any free parameter. The ρ-meson mass and width are predicted in agreement with experiment.
