Chorionic gonadotrophin hormone-producing giant cell carcinoma of the lung versus choriocarcinoma of the lung: a difficult differential diagnosis

Abstract

We present two cases of giant cell lung carcinoma with production of chorionic gonadotrophin hormone and, with differential diagnosis, to distinguish this condition from that of primary pulmonary choriocarcinoma.
