Abstract

Powder XRD investigations were made on mixtures of title compounds and strength of monoclinic, orthorhombic and super-lattice phases were evaluated. Interpretations were made in terms of the influence of tunnel-like defects (TLIDs) and a linear relationship was noticed between the strength of orthorhombic phase and <lTLID>.
