Abstract

A supersonic erosion plasma jet was generated in a heavy-current discharge in a capillary. The jet development diagram is presented. A spectral study of the jet flowing from the capillary is conducted and densitograms of the negatives are presented. The temperatures and electron and ion concentrations are determined.
