Richard H. Gaskins is the author of Environmental Accidents: Personal Injury and Public Responsibility(Temple University Press, 1989). He is the former Dean of the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research at Bryn Mawr College, and is currently teaching at the University of Chicago.
