Irving Louis Horowitz is Hannah Arendt Professor of Sociology and Political Science at Rutgers University and editor-in-chief of Transaction/Society. He has written widely on issues of social science and national policy, including The Rise and Fall of Project Camelot: The Relationship between Social Science and Practical Politics; The Use and Abuse of Social Science; Equity, Income and Policy;and Constructing Policy.
