Conclusion

Salary discrimination was found to bezero in a transferable monopoly—baseball. Nonwhites and white players received equal pay for equal work. Barriers to entry were found not to exist against nonwhites after taking into account that barriers to entryhad existed against non-whites and had created a long-run equilibrium differential.
