Daniel J. Monti, Jr. teaches in the Department of Sociology at Boston University. His most recent book isThe American City: A Social and Cultural History.

Douglas A. Ollivant is a Major in the U.S. Army and holds a Ph.D. from Indiana University. He is the editor ofJacques Maritain and the Many Ways of Knowing (2002).
