Daniel J. Mahoney is professor of political science at Assumption College and has authored books on Raymond Aron, Charles de Gaulle, and Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. His latest book,Bertrand de Jouvenel: The Conservative Liberal and the Illusions of Modernity, has just been release by ISI Books.

Peter Schultz is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Assumption College in Worcester, MA. He has published essays on American politics and government, as well as a book entitledGoverning America (University Press of America).

Joseph E. Davis teaches sociology and is program director of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Culture at the University of Virginia. His book,Accounts of Innocence: Sexual Abuse, Trauma, and the Self, was recently published by the University of Chicago Press.

Bryan-Paul Frost is the James A. and Kaye L. Crocker Endowed Professor in Political Science and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is the editor most recently (with Jeffrey Sikkenga) ofHistory of American Political Thought, and has written on the political and philosophical reflections of Alexandre Kojève and Raymond Aron.
