Paul Seaton has a doctorate in political science from Fordham University. He teaches at St. Mary’s Seminary and University in Baltimore, Maryland. His translations, articles, and review essays have appeared inInterpretation, Perspectives on Political Science, The Political Science Reviewer, Society, and elsewhere.

Thomas W. Merrill has held the Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Program on Constitutional Government at Harvard University and the NRI Postdoctoral Fellowship at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C. He has published in theReview of Politics and is completing a manuscript on David Hume’s political philosophy.

Daniel DiSalvo writes on American political parties and public policy for a variety of publications.

Collin May, a former student at the Centre de recherches politiques Raymond Aron in Paris, currently lives in Calgary, Alberta, where he serves as a private political advisor on international issues facing western Canada.
