Upper limit on the angular momentum of galaxies. ii

Abstract

An analysis of the Lagrange-Jacobi equation for a nonstationary system with a negative total energy enables one to find the upper limit on the angular momentum of a nonstationary, self-gravitating system undergoing socalled quasi-homologous, virial oscillations.
