Julie Shemick Zimmer is an attorney specializing in funding and policy development for the STAR Program of the Minnesota Governor’s Advisory Council on Technology for People with Disabilities. She also serves as chairperson of RENSA’s SIG-17, and has worked for the Costa Rican Supreme Court researching environmental legislation.
