Marvin A Kaiser, Ph.D. serves as the Associate Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, Director of the Kansas Center for Rural Initiatives and is a Professor in the Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Social Work at Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas. Dr. Kaiser has served as a staff consultant to the House Select Committee on Aging, U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Agency for International Development and to the United Nations Office at Vienna, Centre for Social Development and Humanitarian Affairs. He is the author of articles, book chapters and monographs on rural and international aging.
