Zusammenfassung

Von 1977 bis 1985 wurden 357 Patienten mit rupturiertem zerebralen Aneurysma operiert. In den letzten Jahren wurde die Akutoperation innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach dem Blutungsgeschehen angestrebt. Wir berichten von Änderungen im perioperativen Management und besprechen die wichtigsten intraund postoperativen Komplikationen.

Abstract

Between 1977 and 1985 357 patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms underwent surgery. In the last years we tried to perform acute surgery within three days after subarachnoid haemorrhage. Changes in the perioperative management and the most important intra- and post-operative complications are discussed.
