Abstract
Using Monte Carlo simulations or numerical solution of radiation transfer equation in a random collisional plasma, we analyze the angular spectrum of a normal electromagnetic wave propagating at a finite angle to the external magnetic field. It was found that the anisotropy of absorption in the case of oblique wave propagation with respect to the external magnetic field leads to some specific effects which we call the anomalous growth in fluctuations.
