Time-domain method of measurement of antenna parameters

Abstract

A method is described to recover time far-field functions (and the corresponding set of radiation patterns in the frequency domain) by measurements of the pulsed field in the near region. The procedure and results of measurements of the characteristics of a 7-m mirror antenna with wideband feeds are presented.
