A new method to perform nonradioactive tissue printing using digoxigenin-labeled riboprobes

Abstract

We describe a modified protocol to perform a tissue print northern using digoxigenin-labeled riboprobes. The result of the hybridization is directly visualized on the membrane by an alkaline phosphatase detection system.
