Zusammenfassung

Die intraoperative Röntgendiagnostik mit dem Renodor-Gerät zeigte sich bei 67 Patienten mit komplizierter Nephrolithiasis den konventionellen Röntgenaufnahmen deutlich überlegen. Nach vermeintlicher Steinfreiheit konnten mit Hilfe der intraoperativen Aufnahmetechnik in fast 50% Residualkonkremente diagnostiziert werden. Eine erfolgreiche Reststeinextraktion war in über der Hälfte dieser Fälle möglich.

Summary

Preoperative and intraoperative X-ray examinations were performed on 67 patients suffering from complicated nephrolithiasis. The intraoperative procedure with the “Renodor” provided more reliable results. With this method 50 per cent remaining stones were discovered in spite of a presumed complete primary removal. Most of these stones could be extracted subsequently.
