Zur Pharmakologie des Bleis

X. Mitteilung. Die Beziehung der Bleiablagerung zum Calciumstoffwechsel

Zusammenfassung

Untersucht wurde die Bleiablagerung im normalen und pathologisch veränderten Knochen sowie in pathologischen Verkalkungen. Es ergab sich, daß Blei immer dort abgelagert wird, wo mobilisierbare Calciumdepots angenommen werden. Es wird vermutet, daß dieser Parallelismus auf chemisch ähnliches Verhalten des Calciums und des Bleis gegenüber gewissen Phosphaten zurückzuführen ist. Die Affinität des Bleis zu diesen Verbindungen ist offenbar eine noch größere als die des Calciums.
