Zusammenfassung

An 7 trächtigen Schafen wurde eine indirekte Vesiko-Pyelo-Stomie (von fetaler Blaze zum erwachsenen Nierenbecken) durchgeführt, an 6 Schafen eine Nephrektomie unter Erhaltung des Pyelons. Das erwachsene Tier (Empfänger) und der Fetus (Transplantat) stoßen sich wegen mangelnden Gewebekontektes nicht ab: kapselgeschützte Homoiotransplantation. Die Untersuchung läßt die Durchführbarkeit eines chronischen Präparates vermuten.

Summary

In seven pregnant sheep an indirect vesicopyelo-stomy from the fetal bladder to the adult pyelon was performed, in six sheep a nephrectomy (pyelon preserved). The adult animal (recipient) and the fetus (transplant) do not come into direct tissue contact and do not reject one another: capsula protected homoiotransplantation.
