An Hand von 2 Fällen werden die Vorteile moderner Osteosyntheseverfahren mit Metallplatten und Schrauben bei der chirurgischen Behandlung von Tumoren im Kieferbereich demonstriert.

Summary

By means of two cases the advantages of modern osteosynthesis technics with metal plates and screws are demonstrated in the surgical treatment of tumors of the mandible.
