Zusammenfassung

In diesem Fallbericht wirde eine erfolgreiche konservative Behandlung nach transanalem Drucklufttrauma mit massivem Pneumoperitoneum dargestellt.

Summary

This case report represents a successful conservative therapy after transanal compressed air injury with exaggerated pneumoperitoneum.
