Zusammenfassung
Die Autoren berichten über 2 Fälle von großen arteriovenösen Mißbildungen im Bereich der V. magna Galeni, bei denen durch alleinige Ligatur aller zuführender Arterien ohne Radikalexstirpation der Vene ein anhaltend guter operativer Effekt erzielt werden konnte.
Summary
Two cases presenting large arterio-venous malformations in the region of the Vena Galeni magna are reported. Long-term favourable results were achieved by merely ligating the arteria inflow.
