Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Ergebnisse der operativen Behandlung des Torticollis spasticus bei 29 Patienten berichtet. In der Mehrzahl der Fälle wurde eine Operation nachDandy-Foerster durchgeführt, die —wenn notwendig—durch Neurotomie und Myotomie ergänzt wurde. In 4 Fällen wurde auch stereotaktisch operiert. Den peripheren Denervationsoperationen wird der Vorzug gegeben.

Summary

In 29 patients—operated for torticollis spasmodicus—operative results are presented. Most of them underwent operation according toDandy-Foerster, which could be expanded by neurotomy of peripheral nerves and myotomy. In only 4 cases stereotactic surgery was performed. The authors prefer peripheral denervating procedures.
