Fistelbildungen im Rahmen der Alveolarechinokokkose

Formation of fistulae in cases of alveolar hydatid disease

Zusammenfassung

Bei 18 Patienten mit Echinococcus alveolaris fanden sich 2 spontane Fistelbildungen. Nach 21 Eingriffen im Bereich der Leber bei diesen Patienten traten 11 Fisteln, meist Gallefisteln, auf, die durchschnittlich 26 bis 27 Monate sezernierten. Beziehungen zu einem gleichzeitig bestehenden Verschlußikterus, mögliche Prophylaxe und therapeutische Maßnahmen werden diskutiert.

Summary

In 18 patients with alveolar hydatid disease spontaneous fistulae were seen twice. 26 operations on the liver were complicated by 11 fistulae, most of them biliary fistulae, with an average draining period of 26 to 27 months. The relationship to obstructive jaundice, prophylaxis and treatment is discussed.
