Zusammenfassung

Es wird über Erfahrungen mit 3 verschiedenen transvenös fixierbaren Schrittmacherelektrodentypen berichtet. Hinsichtlich Dislokationsrate und Reizschwellenverlauf konnten bei allen Elektrodenmodellen befriedigende Resultate erzielt werden. Besonders bewährte sich nach den vorliegenden Frühergebnissen die transvenöse Schraubelektrode nachBisping. Mit diesem Elektrodenmodell müssen aber längerfristige Erfahrungen noch abgewartet werden.

Summary

Clinical experiences with 3 transvenous pacemaker electrode types are reported. Clinical performance was satisfactory with each of the described electrode types. Our experiences were tavourable with the Medtronic 6953 transvenous screw-in lead. With this electrode, however, a definite judgement can be made only when long-term results will be available.
