Kolon- und Rektumanastomosen mit Einmalklammernahtgeräten

Disposable staplers in colorectal surgery

Zusammenfassung

Bei 100 kolorektalen Anastomosen wurde das Einmalklammernahtgerät Proximate ILS verwendet. 47mal lag die Anastomose im Sigma, bei 29 Patienten im Rektum und bei 24 zwischen Dünn- und Dickdarm. Radiologisch waren 6 Nahtinsuffizienzen nachweisbar, die jedoch nur 1 mal zur Relaparotomie zwangen. Die Krankenhausletalität betrug 5%, tödliche Komplikationen von seiten der Nahtverbindung wurden bei 1 Patienten beobachtet. Die durchschnittliche Operationszeit betrug 118 Minuten, technische Komplikationen von seiten des Gerätes traten nicht auf.

Summary

In 100 colorectal anastomoses the disposable stapler Proximate ILS was used. In 47 cases the anastomosis was localized in the sigmoid colon, in 29 cases in the rectum, and in 24 patients between ileum and colon.

6 anastomotic leaks were proved radiologically, but only in 1 patient relaparotomy was required. Lethal anastomotic dehiscence occurred in 1 case, total lethality was 5%. The mean operation time was 118 minutes, no technical difficulties in using the stapler were encountered.
