Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 10jährigen Mädchen mit heftigen Schmerzattacken in der rechten Wade zeigte die Angiographie eine umschriebene Stenose der A tibialis posterior, die durch einen Gefäßwandtumor verursacht wurde. Die histologische Untersuchung ergab eine kongenitale Angiodysplasie, wobei Veränderungen ähnlicher Natur wie beim MorbusKlippel-Trenaunay-Weber gefunden wurden. Durch Exzision des betroffenen Gefäßabschnittes wurde Beschwerdefreiheit erzielt.

Summary

A 10 year old girl suffered from sudden intermittent pain attacks in the right calf without history of previous trauma. A circumscribed stenosis of the posterior tibial artery has been shown on angiography. During the following operation a vessel wall tumor was found. Histologically a congenital angiodysplasia comparable toKlippel-Trenauny-Weber’s disease was diagnosed. The inflicted segment of the artery was resected, whereafter complete recovery followed.
