Gedanken zur Morbidität nach Gastrektomie

Zusammenfassung

An Hand von 18 Patienten wurde die Lebensqualität nach Gastrektomie diskutiert. Wesentlich erscheint uns die refluxverhindernde Gestaltung der Ösophagojejunostomie. Die Duodenalpassage scheint auf die Lebensqualität keinen wesentlichen Einfluß auszuüben. Die Zwischenschaltung einer Dünndarmschlinge zwischen Ösophagus und Duodenum zur Erhaltung der Duodenalpassage wird daher bei Risikopatienten nicht empfohlen.

Summary

The quality of life was studied in 18 patients after total gastrectomy. Even without preservation of the duodenal passage the quality of life was satisfactory, if any esophageal reflux could be avoided by invagination procedures. Therefore the restoration of duodenal passage should not be attempted in risk patients.
