Zusammenfassung

Bei der Behandlung von Fersenbeinbrüchen der Gruppe IV bis VIII nachBohler ist besonderes Augenmerk auf exakte Reposition und Wiederherstellung der Kongruenz im unteren Sprunggelenk zu richten. Eine Behandlung wird vorgestellt, die die Methoden vonBöhler, Wendt undWesthues ergänzend zusammenfaßt. Mit ihr läßt sich der posttraumatische Plattfuß vermeiden und die Sekundärarthrose auf ein Minimum beschränken.

Summary

Treatment of intraarticular fractures of the os calcis (according to the groupsBöhler IV to VIII) requires a careful reduction and restoration of joint congruence. A treatment is presented, which is based on the experiences ofBöhler, Wendt undWesthues. By summarizing these experiences to one method we were able to avoid posttraumatic flatfoot and confine posttraumatic arthrosis to a minimum.
