Zusammenfassung
An Hand eines Falles von retroperitonealer Duodenalruptur nach stumpfem Bauchtrauma wird zur besonderen Problematik der Häufigkeit, des Unfallmechanismus, der klinischen Symptomatik, ergänzender Befunde bei Diagnosestellung, der Schwierigkeit intraoperativer Sicherung der Diagnose sowie zu Fragen der chirurgischen Therapie Stellung genommen. Auf die besondere Bedeutung der Frühdiagnose und frühzeitigen operativen Versorgung wird hingewiesen.
Summary
Report of a case of retroperitoneal duodenal rupture following blunt abdominal trauma. Incidence, mechanism, clinical symptoms, additional laboratory and X-ray findings, problems of intraoperative verification and questions of surgical approach are discussed. The importance of early diagnosis and early operation are stressed.
