Zusammenfassung

An Hand einer spontanen Carotis-Cavernosus-Fistel mit kompliziertem Verlauf wurden die Diagnostik und die neurochirurgischen Therapiemōglichkeiten diskutiert. Die Fistel wurde nach vorangegangenem Trapping-Versuch durch einen Ballonkatheter verschlossen.

Summary

We discussed the problems in diagnosis and neurosurgical treatment in a case of spontaneous carotid-cavernous-fistula. The fistula was occluded by an intraluminal balloon-katheter after previous unsuccessful trapping operation.
