Zusammenfassung
69 extraanatomische und 543 konventionelle Beckenarterienrekonstruktionen wurden retrospektiv auf wechselseitige Einflüsse der Variablen Alter, Stadium, Operationsart und Operationsletalität untersucht. Eine statistisch gesicherte Abhängigkeit der Letalität von der Operationsmethode konnte nicht nachgewiesen werden, wenngleich ein Trend auf bessere Frühergebnisse, die Letalität betreffend, nach extraanatomischem Bypass bei der älteren Patientengruppe hinweist.
Summary
We checked 69 extraanatomic and 543 conventional pelvic-artery reconstructions for mutual correlations of the variables age, stage, kind of operation and postoperative survival. The method of surgery did not influence the lethality in our patients at all (p=0.1056), but the trend shows better early results after extraanatomic bypass procedures especially in elder patients.
