Zusammenfassung

Bei 42 Patienten mit selektiver proximaler Vagotomie (SPV) wird die Magenentleerung mit Hilfe eines radioaktiv markierten Tesrbreies gemessen. Als Vergleichsgruppen werden 11 Patienten ohne Magenerkrankung (Normalkollektiv), 12 mit einfachem Ulcus duodeni und 7 mit Gastritis herangezogen. Nach SPV ist, im Vergleich zum Normalkollektiv, die Magenentleerung signifikant beschleunigt. Dies wird mit dem Verlust der Fähigkeit des Magens zur «rezeptiven Relaxation» erklärt.

Summary

In 42 patients gastric emptying after proximal gastric vagotomy is examined by means of Tc99 labelled test meals. To them 11 persons without gastric disease, 12 with uncomplicated duodenal ulcer and 7 with gastritis are compared. After PGV gastric emptying is significantly accelerated, which may be explained by a loss of the “receptive relaxation” of the stomach.
