Zur Problematik des Nebenschilddrüsenkarzinoms

Zusammenfassung

Epithelkörperchenkarzinome entziehen sich häufig auf Grund der großen histologischen Ähnlichkeit zu, Adenomen ihrer rechtzeitigen Diagnose und effektiven. Therapie. Es wird ein Fall geschildert, bei dem trotz mehrmaligen Revisionen erst bei der Obduktion die Diagnose Epithelkörperchenkarzinom gestellt werden konnte.

Summary

Parathyreoid carcinoma makes diagnosis and effective therapy rather difficult for its histologic similarity with adenomas. A case is reported where only at autopsy parathyreoid carcinoma could be diagnosed despite of repeated revisions.
