Zusammenfassung
Über einen menschlichen Befall durch Leberegel, Fasciola hepatica, ist in Europa in den vergangenen Jahren kaum berichtet worden. In diesem Fall wurden 4 Leberegel im Ductus choledochus gefunden.
Summary
Human infection with the liver fluke, Fasciola hepatica, has rarely been reported in Europe for the last five years. In this reported case four adult liver flukes were found in the common bile duct at operation.
